Our basic availability system adds an interactive calendar to your web site. The calendar virtually eliminates unnecessary booking enquiries - clients don't call you if they can see that the dates they are interested in have already been reserved. Visitors to your web site will be able to view a calendar which shows availability for the next 12 months:

The dates can be colour coded to display low, mid and high season rates.

The availability system includes a private, password protected administration area, which allows you to view, 'pencil-in', update, make firm and cancel reservations. The booking log for example will look something like this:

The availability calendar in your admin area shows the basic booking details. If you have chosen the webmail option, the reserved dates are linked to the webmail page. Clicking on a reserved date takes you to a pre-filled webmail page, so you can easily contact your client:
