Our Rates
The cost of a web site will vary with the number of pages, the design and complexity. Our rates are very competitive, so please contact us for a custom quote.

 

Indicative prices:
Basic Site:   For example: Home Page, Accommodation Page, Location Page, Things to do Page, Tariff Page, Contact Form.
Apart from the contact form, this would be a fairly static site: You would provide the text and any images, plus any specific requirements on style etc. The cost for these six pages would be £500.00 plus VAT.

This includes:
1:   HTML authoring
2:   image manipulation
3:   design of any multimedia content
4:   server side contact form programming
5:   upload and X-platform browser testing
6:   basic search engine optimisation and submission to Google

Referral Tracking System:   Our referral tracking system tells you where your visitors are coming from, which links generate the most traffic and what search engine keywords your visitors are using. You can use this to fine tune your marketing and make best use of keywords. The cost is £160.00 plus VAT.

Basic Availability System:   Our basic availability system adds an interactive calendar to your web site. The calendar virtually eliminates necessary booking enquiries - clients don't call you if they can see that the dates they are interested in have already been reserved. The calendar shows availability for the next 12 months and can be combined with a variety of options on low, mid and high season rates, late availability discounts etc. The package includes a private, password protected administration area, which allows you to view, 'pencil-in', update, make firm and cancel reservations. The cost is £480.00 plus VAT.

Webmail System:   Our webmail system is an addition to the admin area and allows you to send professional looking 'letter headed' html for matted mail to your clients. It is linked directly to your private booking system which enables you to contact your clients efficiently and directly from your booking log, or availability calendar. The cost is £160.00 plus VAT.

Multiple Options:   If you choose several or all of the options above, a discount will apply. Please contact us for a quote.

Premium Booking System:   In addition to the features of the basic availability system , our premium booking system allows your clients to book on-line and make secure card payments. The system has a number of options including mailing list, sales log, invoicing and options for handling deposits and balance payments. P.O.A. Please contact us for a quote.

 

Upgrading your existing site:   Due to shared server restrictions, it is not always possible to upgrade your site using your current internet service provider. If so we recommend upgrading to a Fenetre server, our preferred isp partner.
