Webmail System

Our webmail system is an addition to the admin area and allows you to send professional looking, 'letter headed', html formatted mail to your clients. It can be integrated into your booking admininistration system which enables you to contact each of your clients efficiently and directly from your mailing list, booking log, sales log etc.

A file attachment option enables you to upload documents from your desktop and append them to your email. This may be useful if you wish to send maps, terms and conditions, etc. to guests before they arrive. You may also want to send promotional material to clients from your mailing list.

Mass-Mail Option
If you have an on-line booking system, full client details can be collected with a 'keep me informed' checkbox on a booking form. Otherwise, names and email addresses can be logged via a contact form. The Mass-Mail Option can be used to email all/some of your clients in the mailing list at once. This is great for sending promotional material, seasonal greeting etc.

The additional cost is £80.00 plus VAT.
